摘要
采用二次正交旋转组合设计对顶果木(Acrocarpus fraxinifolius)增殖培养基进行优化,建立增殖倍数(Y)对培养基中Ca2+浓度(X1)、6-BA浓度(X2)及IBA浓度(X3)的正交回归模型:Y=2.416-0.172X1-0.255X2+0.183X12-0.211X22+0.162X32+0.331X1X2。从模型可知,当Ca2+浓度为255 mg/L,6-BA浓度为0.76 mg/L,IBA浓度为0.16 mg/L时,增殖倍数达最大值4.45。模型预测值与实际验证结果较接近。
The multiplication medium of Acrocarpus fraxinifolius was optimized with quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design.The quadratic orthogonal regression model of multiplication rate (Y) to three factors including concentration of Ca2+ (X1),6-BA(X2) and IBA(X3) was established as Y =2.420-0.172X1-0.255X2 + 0.184X12-0.211X22 + 0.162X32 + 0.331X1X2.It was concluded from the model that when the concentration of Ca2+ (X1),6-BA(X2) and IBA(X3) was 255 mg/L,0.76 mg/L and 0.16 mg/L respectively,the r axirum rultiplication rate (Y) was 4.45 which was close to the experiment result.
