摘要 为提升既有TCDS系统轴温报警和编组信息的准确性、车地传输数据的完整性和实时性、完善地面系统功能,采取由用户根据实际自行设置轴温与外温相对温度差的报警阈值,改进轴温报警诊断算法,并且新增轴温预警诊断算法;改进编组信息生成算法,利用统计方法消除列车编组信息中的错误;通过优化车地无线传输协议、改变报文发送方式和利用ORACLE SQL Loader数据加载技术等,提高数据传输的完整性和实时性;采用MVC模块化设计方法重建地面系统软件,使地面系统同时满足32位和64位操作系统的需求,同时兼容新的车地无线传输协议。经过现场运行试验,验证了升级后TCDS系统的稳定性、实时性和准确性。 To improve the accuracy of axle temperature alarm and marshalling information for current TCDS system,the integrity and real time of train-ground data transmission as well as ground system functionality,the alarm threshold set by user according to actual condition with the relative temperature difference between axle temperature and outside temperature was adopted to improve the diagnosis algorithm of axle temperature alarm and add the diagnosis algorithm of axle temperature warning.The generation algorithm for marshalling information was improved,and statistical method was used to eliminate the errors in train marshalling information.The integrity and real time of data transmission was improved by optimizing train-ground wireless transmission protocol,changing messaging mode and applying ORACLE SQL Loader data loading technology.MVC modular design approach was adopted to rebuild ground system software and make it meet the requirements of 32-bit and 64-bit operating system,and be compatible with the new train-ground wireless transmission protocol.The stability,real time and accuracy of the upgraded system have been validated by field operation tests.
