PBL与LBL相结合教学模式在胸外科临床实习教学中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 探讨PBL联合LBL教学法在胸外科实习教学中的应用价值,将96名五年制学生随机分为LBL组和PBL+LBL组,分别采用LBL和PBL联合LBL教学方法进行胸外科临床实习教学。LBL组与PBL+LBL组在基础理论考试成绩上无明显差异(P>0.05),而临床问题综合分析测试中的成绩,PBL+LBL组明显高于LBL组(P<0.05)。同时在调查问卷中,学生对于PBL+LBL的教学模式更加认可。PBL+LBL双轨教学法有利于提高学生的学习积极性和主动性,有利于培养学生的自学能力和创新精神,更加适合胸外科的临床实习教学。 This paper aims to investigate the applicable value of problem-based learning(PBL) combined with lecture-based learning(LBL) in thoracic surgical clinical education.96 students were randomly assigned into two groups.The different teaching methods were applied in the two groups respectively.The group with LBL method was taken as LBL group,and the group with PBL combined with LBL method as PBL + LBL group.In the scores of the foundational subjects,the LBL group has no difference from PBL + LBL group.However,with regard to comprehensive subjects,the scores of PBL + LBL were significantly higher than those of LBL group.On the questionnaire,the students from PBL + LBL group exhibited great enthusiasm to the combination method.This teaching method,PBL combined with LBL,can elicit students' initiative,and develop their self-study ability and creative spirit.Therefore,it might be an effective method to improve the clinical practice teaching quality in thoracic surgery.
