烟台市大学生自杀意念及其影响因素研究

Study on the status and influencing factors of suicide ideation among college students in Yantai

目的探讨烟台市大学生自杀意念现状及其影响因素,为建立有效的大学生自杀预防机制提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,用一般情况问卷和Beck自杀意念量表对烟台市4所高校的677名学生进行自填式问卷调查。采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析,采用χ2检验、t检验、多因素logistic回归分析及通径分析。结果烟台市4所高校大学生中有18.32%的人曾经有过自杀意念。多元logistic回归分析显示自杀史、家庭类型、独生子女、年级是自杀意念发生的危险因素。通径分析显示家庭关系的直接作用最大,学习压力的直接作用最小,通过分析各个间接通径分析系数发现家庭自杀史的间接作用最大。结论烟台市大学生自杀意念明显受家庭因素影响,家庭在预防大学生自杀方面的作用不容忽视。

Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of suicide ideation of college students in Yantai,and to provide a theoretical basis for establishing an effective suicide prevention mechanism of college students.Methods A multistage stratified random clustered sampling method was used to select college students from 4 universities in Yantai.A total of 677 students were investigated with general situation questionnaire and Beck suicidal ideation scale.Factors associated with suicidal ideation were analyzed with logistic regression and path analysis by SPSS 13.0.Results The college students with suicide ideation accounted for 18.32％ （124/677）.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that suicide history,family type,the only children and grade were the main risk factors.Path analysis showed that the direct effect of family relationship was the largest,and the study pressure was the least.The indirect effect of family history of suicide was maximum.Conclusion Suicide ideation in college student is significantly influenced by family factors,and so the role of the family should not be neglected in the college students＇ suicide prevention aspects.
