成都、西安两地市民对种植义齿接受情况的对比调查与分析

Comparative investigation and analysis on acceptance of implant denture in residents of Chengdu and Xi'an

目的了解成都市和西安市两地市民对种植义齿的接受情况,分析其差别及影响因素。方法设计种植义齿接受度调查问卷,于2013年11月分别在成都市和西安市的多个社区及路段对行人进行偶遇式的问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果两地市民对种植义齿最关注的问题是成功率,对医疗机构最关注的问题是医疗技术,最能够接受的种植义齿价格是1 000-3 000元/颗,年龄、文化程度和收入水平都是相关影响因素。结论不断提高种植义齿修复的医疗技术、加强种植义齿卫生宣教可能是提高种植义齿接受程度的有效措施。

Objective To survey and analyse the acceptance of implant denture in Chengdu and Xi＇an citizens.Methods The questionnaire,sampling survey and statistical analysis were carried out in Chengdu and Xi＇ an citizens in 2013.Results Citizens paid most attention to the success rate of implant denture and medical technology of hospital,and the most acceptable price of one implant denture was 1 000-3 000 yuan.Conclusion Improving doctor＇ s medical technology and strengthening the public health propaganda of implant denture could be the effective measures to improve the acceptance about implant denture.
