多西紫杉醇联合顺铂辅助化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果

Efficacy of docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer

目的 探讨多西紫杉醇联合顺铂辅助化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果. 方法 选择2012-09～ 2013-09我院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例.对照组采用多西紫杉醇进行治疗,观察组采用多西紫杉醇联合顺铂进行治疗.对两组患者治疗后的近期疗效、临床症状改善率及毒副反应进行比较. 结果 治疗后观察组患者的有效率与对照组患者相比较,差异无统计学意义（38.9％ vs 36.1％,P＞0.05）;治疗后观察组患者无进展生存期（PFS）明显优于对照组（4.4个月 vs 2.8个月）（P＜0.05）.治疗后观察组患者的临床症状改善率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组患者骨髓抑制及消化道反应与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）. 结论 多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌,可延长患者的无进展生存期,改善临床症状及提高生活质量,有一定临床应用价值.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Totally 72 patients with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group （n =36）.The patients were treated with docetaxel in control group,and docetaxel combined with cisplatin in observation group.The short-term curative effect,amehoration of clinical symptoms and toxicity reaction were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results Effective rate was 38.9％ in observation group and 36.1％ in control group,and there was no statistically significant difference （P ＞ 0.05）.Progression free survival （PFS） in observation group after treatment was significantly better than that in control group （4.4 months vs 2.8 months,P ＜ 0.05）.The rate of clinical symptom amelioration in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group after treatment（P ＜0.05）.The incidence of neutropenia and digestive tract reaction in observation group was not statistically different from control group （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion Docetaxel combined with cisplatin could prolong the progression free survival of patients with non-small cell lung cancer,and improve the clinical symptom and quality of life.It has the certain value in clinical application.
