摘要
高校教学秘书工作是高校教学运行管理的重要环节。本文针对目前高等学校教学秘书的工作状况,结合人力资源管理理论和冰山理论模型,构建了高校教学秘书胜任特征模型,为高校教学秘书选拔、培训、考核、绩效管理提供理论依据。
The work of teaching secretary is an important link in teaching management in colleges and universities.In the paper,the competency model of teaching secretary was built in view of the present state of the teaching secretary＇s working and combined with the human resource management and the iceberg theory model,so the theory basis was provided for the teaching secretary selection,training,assessment and performance management.
