摘要
文章利用钛铁混合液处理某PCB企业的碱性蚀刻废液的砷,考察了pH、钛铁摩尔比、铁离子浓度及钛铁问题等因素对砷去除效果的影响,结果表明,在pH为5~9,钛铁混合液的钛铁摩尔比为1.5,铁离子浓度为0.102 mol/L,钛铁混合液投加量为82 L/m3(蚀刻液)时,砷去除率可达92.8%,出水砷浓度为1.5 mg/L左右,完全达到碱性蚀废液合成硫酸铜产品的要求.
Titanium and Ferric mixture solution was used to remove arsenic in the spent alkaline etching solution from some PCB enterprise in this paper. The effects of various parameters such as pH, molar ratio of Titanium and Ferric, Ferric concentration and total amount of Titanium and Ferric on the removal efficiency of arsenic were investigated. The results indicated that under the optimum conditions of the pH 5-9, the mole ratio of Titanium and Ferric 1.5 in the mixture, the Fe concentration 0.102 mol/L, the total amount of Titanium and Ferric 82 L/m3 (the spent alkaline etching liquid), the arsenic removal efficiency reached 92.8 % and the effluent concentration of arsenic was 1.5 mg/L, which fully met with the requirements of the synthesis of copper sulphate product by the spent alkaline etching liquid.
