摘要
润滑油的蒸发损失对于润滑油来说是一个特别重要的指标.比较常见的方法有SH/T 0731-2004热重诺亚克法以及ASTMD5800-10中的A法(伍德合金诺亚克法)和B法(非伍德合金诺亚克法).如今,无毒、环保的检测方法已经成为主流.文章采用非伍德合金法和热重诺亚克法这两种环保型方法分别对12种基础油、4种成品油进行蒸发损失测定,通过对比二者结果我们能发现当测定蒸发损失在0~23%的基础油和成品油时,二者结果具有等同性.
Lubricating oil evaporation loss is a particularly important indicator for lubricating oil. In the ASTM D5800-10, procedure A(Woods metal method), procedure B(Non-Woods metal method) and Thermogravimetric analyzer Noack method are common methods. Now, non-poisonous and environmentally friendly detection methods have become mainstream. In this paper, Non-Woods metal method and Thermogravimetric analyzer Noack methods are adopted detecting evaporation loss of 12 kinds of base oils and four kinds of refined oils, when evaporation loss of base oils and refined oils are less than 23 %, we can find the test results by two detection methods are identical when comparing the two results.
