摘要
文章采用碘化钠做催化剂,由碘,碳酸钠、水合肼反应生成碘化钠,再用乙醇重结晶得到高纯碘化钠粉体,所得碘化钠纯度高,杂质少,晶粒度较细,经XRD检测不含结晶水,适合生长单晶。
In the paper, raw sodium iodide was synthised by iodine, sodium carbonate and hydrazine hydrate while sodium iodide is used as catalyst, and high-purity sodium iodide powder was got by recrystallizing from ethanol. The high-purity sodium iodide powder has less impurity, smaller grain size, and contains less crystal water and it is very suitable for the growth of single crystals.
