摘要
采用太赫兹时域光谱(THz-TDS)系统测量研究了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的光谱学性质,研究发现高温氧化将导致HDPE产生极性基团,从而在THz波段的吸收显著增强,折射率增大。因此可以采用太赫兹光谱测量的方法来对材料进行氧化检测。
The spectroscopic property of high density polyethylene (HDPE) was studied by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) system. It was found that HDPE oxidation caused by high temperature will produce polar groups, which leads to the significantly enhanced absorption to the THz wave and increase of the refractive index. It provides an effective measurement method to test the oxidation of materials with the terahertz spectroscopy.
