简要阐述磷酸二氢钾生产的各种工艺方法并介绍工艺特点,通过分析比较各种工艺的生产流程、原料要求及消耗量、生产成本、操作的复杂程度及产品质量等,得到如下结论:虽然复分解法和萃取法是目前较为先进的生产方法,但是前者原料消耗大,后者难以找到经济合适的萃取剂。因此开发廉价的可循环净化剂,以净化后的湿法磷酸为原料,开发具有自主知识产权的低成本磷酸二氢钾生产新工艺,是我国磷酸二氢钾产业的重要发展方向之一。

The methods of potassium dihydrogen phosphate introduced briefly, and their characteristics which includes the methods of production processes, raw materials and consumption, production costs, operation and quality of the resulting product are compared, too. Conclusions are as follows： Although the method of metathesis and extraction are more advanced, but the former raw material consumption, the latter is difficult to find a suitable extraction solvent economy. Therefore development of an inexpensive recycled scavenger for the wet phosphoric acid and use the purified wet phosphoric acid as raw materials, Develop low-cost production process of potassium dihydrogen phosphate is one of the important development directions of China＇s phosphate industry.
