摘要 随着超临界、超超临界机组逐步成为我国电力生产的主力机组,其锅炉补给水的品质越来越高。腐植酸类有机物是造成锅炉炉水pH下降、水冷壁管结垢、汽轮机酸腐蚀等的根本原因。文章对腐殖酸在锅炉水汽系统中造成的危害进行了叙述,并在多年研究、实践的基础上,较为详细地介绍了目前电站锅炉给水处理中去除有机物的种类、危害及去除方法,并对这一领域做了一些展望。 With supercritical and ultra-supercritical units gradually become the main unit of power station, boiler feed water quality was demanded higher and higher. Boiler water pH value decreased, water wall tube scaling, and acid corrosion of the turbine were caused by humic acid. The article introduced the harm caused by humic acid in boiler water system, and discussed detailly the organic species, harm and the main removal methods in boiler feed water treatment, and made some prospects in this field, based on the studies earlier.
