摘要 以天津财经大学女子定向越野队(国家队)15名运动员为研究对象,经过八周的10km耐力训练,测定训练前后的跑节省化、无氧阈、最大摄氧量,并运用因子分析比较对耐力训练效果的指标进行相对重要程度的分析。结果显示:10km长跑训练使女子定向越野运动员的VO2max各指标几乎没有变化;VT各指标中除R-VT指标没有显著意义外,其他指标均有非常显著升高(2%~7%,P〈0.01);RE各指标有非常显著的下降(2%~9%%,P〈0.01)。结论:(1)为期八周的10km有氧耐力训练(VT强度)能够提高女子定向越野运动员的RE、VT水平,VO2max几乎没有变化;(2)RE在评价女子定向越野运动员耐力训练效果方面优于VT、VO2max,具有较高的可训性。 Run Economy are compared,anaerobic threshold,VO2 max three indexes in the womens significance in the evaluation of directional cross-country endurance training. In tianjin university of finance and women directional cross-country(international) 15 players as the research object,after eight weeks of 10 km endurance training,determine the running Economy before and after the training. the anaerobic threshold,VO2 max,and using factor analysis and comparison on the effects of endurance training target to analyze the relative important degree. Results showed that 10 k run training makes women directional cross-country players VO2 max every index has changed little; The index of VT in addition to the R-VT indicators no significant meaning,other indicators are very significantly higher(2% ~ 7% %,P 0. 01); RE the indexes have very significant decline(2% ~9% %,P 0. 01),conclusion: 1) for a period of eight weeks,10 km aerobic endurance training intensity(VT) can improve the level of womens RE of directional cross-country athletes,VT,VO2 max little change; 2)RE directional cross-country in evaluating women athletes endurance training effect is superior to the VT,VO2 max,has the very high Trainable.
