不同程度根管填充治疗对牙体牙髓患者疗效的影响

Effects of different root canal filling degrees on efficacy for patients with endodontic disease

目的:探讨不同程度根管填充治疗对牙体牙髓患者疗效的影响。方法:选取90例牙体牙髓患者作为研究对象,采取超充、适充、欠充等根管填充治疗牙体牙髓患者,并探讨不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓患者治疗的影响。结果:所有患者中,共填充牙124颗,其中,适充98颗,占79.1%,成功率为93.8%,疼痛率为6.1%;欠充17颗,占13.7%,成功率为52.9%,疼痛率为32.4%;超充8颗,占7.3%,,成功率为66.6%,疼痛率为7.3%;三种根管填充程度治疗期间的临床效果和疼痛感之间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取不同程度根管填充治疗对牙体牙髓患者临床效果满意,其中适充治疗效果显著,治疗期间的疼痛率均比欠充和超充要低。

Objective： To explore effects of different root canal filling degrees on efficacy for patients with endodontic disease.Methods： 90 patients with endodontic disease were selected as research object. All the patients were treated with the root canal treatments like over- filling,properly- filling,under filling and other filling root canals. The effects of different root canal filling degrees on these patients were discussed. Results： All patients were filled with 124 teeth. Among them,properly- filling teeth were 98,accounting for 79. 1%,and its success rate was 93. 8% and pain rate was 6. 1%; under filling teeth were 17,accounting for 13. 7%,and its success rate was 52. 9% and pain rate was 32. 4%; over- filling teeth were 8,accounting for 7. 3%,and its success rate was66. 6% and pain rate was 7. 3%. There were statistical differences in the clinical effect and pain sense among the three root canal filling degrees（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The different root canal filling degrees on the patients with endodontic disease all have good clinical effects. Among them,the effect of properly- filling root canals is obvious,and its pain rate is lower than those of under filling and over- filling root canals.
