中医学是我国传统文化的瑰宝,但目前正面临后继无人的境地。本文以此为出发点,论述了在护理工作中,传承和发扬中医学的重要性和可行性。重点从建立良好的培训体系、编写工作指导手册、建立工作引导机制和建立中医护理学习组织四个方面,论述了中医学的传承和发展方法。

Traditional Chinese medicine is a treasure of Chinese traditional culture,but is now facing no successors. From the starting point,this article discusses the importance and feasibility of inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine in the nursing work. Focusing on the establishment of a good training system,preparation of work instruction manual,establishment of working guide mechanism and establishment of TCM nursing learning organization,the article discusses the methods for the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
