Nursing demands and countermeasures for the elderly in nursing home

目的:探讨老年人的护理需求,完善护理措施,提高服务质量。方法:通过对256名老年人的调查,了解老年人的健康状况和护理需求,针对具体情况制定护理措施,并在实践中不断完善和提高。结果:98.93%的老年人患有躯体疾病,人均患病(3.01±1.04)种;35.94%的老年人需要心理护理,41.7%的老年人需要专业护理,89.75%的老年人需要健康指导;不断完善护理措施方能满足老年人的需要。结论:老年公寓的老年人健康状况差、患慢性疾病的多、护理难度大,需高度重视。

Objective： To investigate nursing demands from the elderly,improve nursing measures,and provide better service.Methods： After a survey on health condition and nursing demands of 256 elderly people,relative nursing measures had been made according to the actual condition,and would be promoted in practice. Results： 98. 93% of the elderly people suffered from physical illnesses,and each person had 3. 01 ± 1. 04 kinds of illnesses on the average. 35. 94% of them needed psychological nursing,41. 7%of them required professional nursing,and 89. 75% of them needed health guidance. So,the demands from the elderly would be met by constant improvement of nursing measures. Conclusions： Most of the elderly in the nursing home have poor health,and some suffer from multiple chronic diseases. Therefore,more attention should be paid to the nursing.
