手术室人性化护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果

Application of Humanistic Operating Room Nursing in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探讨手术室人性化护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法将68例需行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分为2组:对照组34例采用常规护理方式;观察组34例采用手术室人性化护理方式。比较2组患者手术配合情况、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、临床疗效、护理质量及满意度。结果观察组手术配合率、临床疗效总有效率、护理质量评分及患者满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均较对照组显著减少(P<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施手术室人性化护理干预,可使患者更好地配合手术,临床疗效显著,能提高护理质量和患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of humanistic operating room nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Sixty-eight patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly assigned to receive either routine nursing（control group,n=34）or humanistic operating room nursing（observation group,n=34）.Operative cooperation,operation time,intraoperatve blood loss,hospital stay,clinical efficacy,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the humanistic operating room nursing increased operative cooperation rate,total effective rate,nursing quality and patient satisfaction with nursing and decreased operation time,intraoperatve blood loss and hospital stay（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Humanistic operating room nursing can improve operative cooperation,clinical efficacy,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
