脾脏硬化性血管瘤样结节性转化1例

摘要脾脏硬化性血管瘤样结节性转化（sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation,SANT）由Martel等[1]根据25例脾脏肿瘤的形态特征首次提出的描述性诊断,之前曾被称为多结节性血管瘤、错构瘤及脾脏血管瘤样炎性假瘤等。脾脏SANT的发病机制主要有两种观点：一种是自身免疫性系统性疾病,一种是反应性疾病[2]。脾脏SANT依其独特的病理特点与其他脾脏肿瘤相互鉴别,
