摘要
离子液体为反应溶剂的条件下,以吗啉、浓盐酸、双氰胺为原料通过缩合反应合成盐酸吗啉双胍。考察离子液体的用量、反应时间、反应物摩尔比、反应温度等影响因素对收率的影响。研究盐酸吗啉双胍与离子液体分离和纯化的方法。研究结果表明:在离子液体为反应溶剂的条件下以吗啉、浓盐酸、双氰胺为原料通过缩合反应合成盐酸吗啉双胍的方法简单,产品易于分离。通过对影响因素的考察,找到了最佳合成条件:物料配比为1:1.1;最佳反应时间为3 h;缩合反应温度为135℃。
Through condensation reaction of moroxydine chloride and dicyandiamide, Moroxydine Hydrochloride was synthesized under the condition of Ionic liquid as reaction solvent. Factors affecting on the yield was studied,such as the amount of ionic liquid, reaction time, molar ratio, reaction temperature. Isolation and purification of Moroxydine Hydrochloride and ionic liquids was studied. The results show that: in the ionic liquid as a reaction solvent, the synthesis method of Moroxydine Hydrochloride is simple and easy separation. Through the influence of factors investigated, the optimal synthesis condition was found. The optimal conditions for the material ratio is 1:1.1; reaction time is 3 hours; condensation reaction temperature was 135 ℃.
