六安地名文化遗产保护与利用研究

Study on Protection and Utilization of Cultural Heritage of Place Names in Lu'an

六安市地名文化遗产资源丰富、特色鲜明,但缺乏深入的理论研究和广泛的宣传。当前贯彻落实《民政部关于加强地名文化建设的意见》,应建立健全组织机构和工作机制,完善相关法规制度。组织队伍开展地名普查、评估工作,查清资源总量,确立重点保护对象,编制《地名保护总体规划》。在加强保护的前提下合理开发利用地名文化资源,深入挖掘地名文化内涵,广泛宣传,提升六安市知名度和美誉度,发挥其在经济、文化建设中的作用。

The cultural heritage resources of place names in Lu＇an are rich and distinctive. However, the extensive publicity and in- depth theoretical study on them are insufficient. Lu＇an implements Opinions of Ministry of Civil Affairs on Strengthening Cultural Construction of Place Names, which should establish and perfect organizational structure ＇and working mechanism to improve relevant laws and regulations, and also organize a team to carry out the work of place names census and assessment, thereby finds out the total amount of resources, ascertain the key object of protection, and work out Overall Planning of Place Names Protection. Based on the premise of strengthening protection, Lu＇an should legitimately develop and utilize cultural resources of place names and excavate its culture connotation. With the extensive promotion of cultural resources of place names, the popularity and reputation of Lu＇an are also enhanced.
