煤炭资源型城市人口城镇化问题探析——以淮南市为例

Analysis of Population Urbanization Problem in Coal Resource City— Taking the Example of Huainan City

十八大报告再次强调了新型城镇化建设的战略地位。文章以煤炭资源型城市——淮南市为研究对象,主要分析了淮南市目前的人口现状及城镇化发展现状。在此基础上,通过对来自淮南市田家庵区398份问卷调查,总结了煤炭资源型城市人口城镇化过程中存在的问题,最后结合淮南市自身的特点及资源优势提出了相应的对策,为进一步贯彻十八大精神、发展新型城镇化提供了科学依据。

The 18th CPC National Congress report emphasizes the strategic position of the new urbanization construction once again. Taking the coal resource type city Huainan as the research object, the article mainly analyzes the present situation of Huainan＇s population and the status of the development of urbanization. On this basis, according to 398 questionnaires from tianjia＇an District of Huainan city, it summarizes the problems in the process of population urbanization in the coal resource type city. Finally, combining the characteristics and resource advantages of Huainan city, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. It provides the scientific basis for the development of new urbanization and further implementing the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress.
