摘要
大学青年教师要胜任大学职业之要求,须具有良好的教师专业素质,并保持不断地发展态势。初任教师可以通过外在的教师培训及内在的自主发展等途径来提升教师专业素质。在自主发展的视角下,教师发展的维度体现在知识素养、教学能力、学术研究、服务社会、教师道德等方面,其核心动力来自于教师自我实践与反思。
Young teachers in universities must have good professional quality and maintain continuous development in order to be competent for the position. The novice teachers can enhance their professional quality through ways of external teacher training and internal self-development. In the perspective of self development, teacher development is reflected in dimensions including their knowledge accomplishment, teaching ability, academic research, social services, teacher moral, and the core power comes from teachers' practice and self-reflection.
