Intelligent urban design based on geographic information

系统性地研究城市经济、自然环境与人这三者之间的相互关系,并平衡这几类要素的发展关系,是我国城市当今发展的共性问题。以地理信息为载体的智慧化城市设计提供了独特的视角,帮助我们从地域性、等级概念、空间要素的相互依赖关系及其空间结构等方向去探索、研究和建设城市,以达到人与城市和谐的境界。文章在分析地理信息价值的基础上,分析了基于地理信息的地理设计,阐述了时空地理信息的获取和利用,从而设计出智慧城市的时空信息框架,最后以美国纽约市的智慧城市设计为例,系统论证了基于地理信息科学的设计方法能有效地为智慧城市建设加速。

It is a common problem for urban development that how to study the relationship between urban economy, natural environment and people, and how to balance the development relationship of them. Intelligent urban design provides a unique perspective based on geographic information to explore and construct city from spatial structure and relationship between regionalism, grade conception and spa- tial elements for the harmony of man and city. Based on the analysis of the value of geographic information, the geography design based on geographic information was analysed; the acquisition and utilization of spa- tiotemporal geographic information was described; a spatiotemporal information framework of Smart City was designed; taking intelligent New York as an example, it was demonstrated that the design methodol- ogy based on geographic information could effectively accelerate the construction of Smart City.
