摘要
智慧城市的核心是通过新一代信息技术的创新应用,实现与城市社会经济发展有机融合的建设需求,其中探索以模型/应用驱动为核心的智能求解是核心挑战之一。文章通过分析我国雾霾成因,为雾霾事件的求解寻找理论依据。以上海雾霾事件为例,通过探讨能见度与空气质量、PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2、O3、CO之间的关系,获得雾霾形成的关键因子,在此基础上构建雾霾求解系统,为智慧城市建设提供科学思路。
The core of Smart City construction is to realize the organic integration with the urban social and economic development through the innovative application of the new-generation information technology, among which the model/application-driven solution is one of the core challenges. By analyzing the causes of haze, the paper discussed the theoretic basis for solving the haze events. Then taking Shanghai haze as an example, through exploring the relationship between visibility and air quality, PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2, O3 and CO, it gave the key forming factors of haze. Finally, it put forward the flowchart of building the haze solution system, which could provide a reference for the construction of Smart City.
