城市智慧安全建设与应用初探

Preliminary exploration on city construction and application of Smart Safety

文章围绕新一轮城市、城镇化建设和转型过程中面对的公共安全问题和需求,对基于智慧城市基础设施和架构的城市智慧安全建设和应用进行了初步探索,并提出以现代空间信息技术为核心,融合物联网、云计算、大数据新兴信息技术的城市智慧安全平台,对平台的定位和基本功能组成进行了阐述。通过日常和应急状态平台的支撑应用分析,介绍了平台在城市安全保障与应对方面的初步应用思路。

The medical informatization has been underway over the past 20 years in China. The develo- ping level of regional medical platforms for cloud services still remains in infrastructure-cloud stage. There have been few large-scale applicable cloud services for medical resources. And these applicable cloud serv- ices guide the direction of the development in Medical Resource Management Platform. The large-scale de- velopment and application of cloud services is also based on platform-cloud. In case of Shenzhen, with the integration of various medical resources construction on medical resource management platform, it would be expected that the health and medical service mode innovation be promoted and the health service ability and level be improved.
