城市村庄规划目标是为了摸清村庄用地结构,为未来的城乡一体化发展打基础。文章探讨了城市村庄规划业务的信息机理,包括村庄规划的业务特点、地块"四定"要求、"一村一品",以及从基础数据到村庄规划设计和编辑,到规划成果管理,再到成果汇总、审批、动态更新等的整个信息流程;还阐述了城市村庄规划编制和管理业务中的信息化整合方案,包括多种规划信息资源和数据的整合、多种规划工具和应用系统的整合;并介绍了城市村庄规划技术的智能化整合方案,包括AutoCAD与GIS融合的智能化技术、业务资源汇商中心技术,以及不同服务模式的整合技术等。

The aim of urban village planning is to make clear the land-use structure of each village,thus flow data sult to lay foundation for the urban-rural unification in mechanism of the urban village planning, including the future. The paper discussed the information the feature, demand and the workflow from raw processing to village plan designing and editing, planning database management, summarization, exam and approving, dynamic updating. Moreover, the solution to the planning re of business integration in the urban village planning was elaborated, including the data integration, planning tools and appli- cation systems integration, etc. Finally, the intelligent integration of the technologies in the urban village planning was introduced, such as the fusion of AutoCAD and GIS, the center for business and information join and mutual impact, as well as the integration of different service modes.
