低碳形势下秦皇岛市城市发展策略探究

Research on the City Development Strategy of Qinhuangdao in the Low-carbon Situation

随着温室气体排放量增加,低碳形势日益严峻。在这种形势下,低碳城市是未来城市的发展方向。在对秦皇岛市能源消费状况分析的基础上,从能源与产业结构调整、发展低碳旅游、建设低碳社区以及开展广泛的公众参与等方面对秦皇岛低碳城市的建设与发展进行了探讨。

With the increase of greenhouse gas emission, the situation of low-carbon is increasingly perilous. Low-carbon city is the development direction of the future city in this situation. Based on the analysis of the status of energy consumption of Qinhuangdao city, it explored the construction and development about the low-carbon city of Qinhuangdao from the following aspects： adjusting the industrial and energy structure, developing low-carbon tourism, construction of low-carbon community and carrying out extensive public participation.
