摘要 针对瓜胶压裂液体系氧化破胶后所出现的破胶不完全、残渣量大,易造成地层污染等问题,通过调研国内外生物酶技术的应用现状发现,生物酶作为一种高效、低温、绿色环保、经济性好的清洁型压裂液添加剂,技术在国外已相对成熟,而国内应用较少。提出生物酶技术与氧化剂复配,互补其优势,应用前景可观。 For guar gum fracturing fluid system,it turns out to be not degrade guar-gum molecules completely,residual amount large,easy to cause pollution and so on.By studying the application of the biological enzyme technology,it was found out that enzyme as an efficient,low-temperature, green environmental protection,economical and good clean fracturing fluid additives has been relatively mature technology abroad,and less domestic applications.This paper presents techniques and oxidant enzyme complex,their complementary advantages, applications promising.In this paper, we suggest that the biological enzyme and oxidant can be used together,which will be complementary advantages and have a considerable application prospect.
