摘要 靖安油田大路沟二区在长期注清水过程中,注水系统和注水井管柱存在较严重的腐蚀和结垢现象,严重影响了注水系统长期、安全、稳定运行和注水效果。本研究在对大路沟二区注入水系统腐蚀结垢情况调研、腐蚀结垢产物和注入水组成性质分析的基础上,详细分析清水注水系统的腐蚀结垢机理,确定影响腐蚀、结垢的主要因素,找出合适的防垢和防腐方法。本研究对于有效地保护油气储层、提高油田开发效益;同时对于节约水资源、减少污水排放量和环境污染,具有一定的的经济效益、社会效益、环保效益。 In the long process of Jingan oilfield injection water in Dalugou area two,system and water injection pipe column in the presence of corrosion and scaling phenomenon serious flooding, seriously affected the water injection system,safety,long-term stable operation and water injection effect.The study on corrosion and scaling in water injection system based research,corrosion and scaling products and analysis of injection water properties of Dalugou area two on the mechanism of scale,corrosion and detailed analysis of water injection system,the main factors that affect the corrosion,fouling,fouling prevention and anti-corrosion methods to find suitable.This study for the protection of oil and gas reservoir effectively,improve oilfield development benefits,at the same time to save water resource,reduce the amount of sewage discharge and the pollution of the environment, have certain economic benefits, social benefits,environmental benefits.
