Promoting Coordinate Development to Accelerate the Revitalization of Jilin

新中国成立以来,中国社会的发展观主要经历了三个阶段:毛泽东的革命发展观、改革发展观和科学发展观。加快发展步伐、实现科学发展,必须抓好"五个统筹":统筹城乡发展、统筹区域发展、统筹经济社会发展、统筹人与自然和谐发展和统筹国内发展与对外开放。上述"五个统筹"构成了科学发展观的基本内容,是实现科学发展观的重要途径。结合吉林省情,吉林省统筹发展的基本任务在于:统筹"四化"发展、统筹城乡发展、统筹经济社会发展与统筹多种所有制经济共同发展。实现吉林省统筹发展,必须把工业化作为核心环节和主导,把城镇化作为关键载体,把农业现代化作为重要基础,把信息化作为有力引领,同时,转变发展方式,处理好非均衡发展方式与统筹发展、理想主义和功利主义的关系。

Since the founding of New China, the concept of the development of Chinese society has gone through three major phases： Mao＇s revolutionary concept of development, reform and development concept, the scientific concept of development. In order to speed the development, to achieve scientific development, we have to grasp the ＂five coordinate development＂： coordinate the development of urban and rural, coordinate the areas devel- opment, coordinate economic and social development, coordinate the development of human being and nature, coor- dinate domestic development and opening reform. The coordinates which conclude the basic content of scientific development concept are the important way to achieve it. Combined the situation of Jilin, the basic task of co-coor- dinating the development of Jilin Province, is to co-ordinate the ＂four modernizations＂ development, urban and ru- ral development, economic and social development, and to co-ordinate the development of various economic sec- tors. To achieve overall development of Jilin Province, we must put the industrialization in a leading position and a core part, make urbanization a key carrier, make an important basis of the modernization of agriculture, make information technology in a leading position and change developing mode, properly handle the relationship between non-balanced way of development and coordinate development, idealism and utilitarianism.
