摘要
在传统的粒度分布方面,分形维数(FSD)已成为表征颗粒及其粒度分布的有力工具之一。文章采用单一分形法和多维分形方法对重质碳酸钙颗粒在超细粉碎过程中的分形维数和多重分形分布的特性进行分析,探寻计算颗粒分形维数的合理方法,研究颗粒的分形维数与超细粉碎时间之间的关系,对于优化超细粉碎的运行参数、降低粉碎能耗具有一定指导意义。
The fractal size dimension (FSD) has become a powerful tool for characterization of particles in the research of the particle size distribution. By studying on the fractal size dimension and multifractal characteristics of the ground calcium carbonate particles in the ultrafine grinding process, a better method to calculate the FSD is found between the single fractal law and the Multi-fractal approaches. By analyzing the results of the experiment, a reasonable way to calculate the FSD is explored. Research on the relationship between the FSD about the particles and the uhrafine grinding time has great significance for optimizing operating parameters of the ultrafine grinding and reducing the crushing energy consumption.
