锥形束CT在牙髓病及根尖周疾病诊治中的应用价值
摘要
锥形束技术最早见于20世纪80年代。口腔颌面锥形束CT（cone beam computedt omography，CBCT）最早出现在1998年由意大利工程师Quantita．tiveRadiology公司生产的NewTom9000和Ft本口腔颌面放射学家Y．Arai报导的“Ortho—CT”。口腔颌面锥形束CT给口腔颌面放射学带来了革命性的进步，因可以三维显示病变结构，大大提高了诊断能力，彻底改变了传统口腔放射学设备仅能提供二维图像的历史。锥形束技术具有辐射剂量相对低。
