抗抑郁药物联合疏肝调神针法对老年脑卒中后抑郁症患者生活质量的影响

Effects of Antidepressant and Acupuncture with Method of Regulating Mentality and Soothing Liver on Life Quality of Patients with Senile Depression after Stroke

目的:分析抗抑郁药物联合疏肝调神针法对老年脑卒中后抑郁症患者生活质量的影响。方法:88例老年脑卒中后抑郁症患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各44例,治疗组给予抗抑郁药物联合疏肝调神针法治疗,对照组给予单纯抗抑郁药物治疗,治疗后比较两组患者的临床疗效和生活质量。结果:治疗组显效率、有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗1月、3月、5月后的生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后在心理、社会、躯体及生活方面得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗抑郁药物联合疏肝调神针法对老年脑卒中后抑郁症患者有明显的治疗效果,对患者的生活质量有显著的提高,且安全性好,值得推荐临床使用。

Objective： To explore of the impact of Antidepressant and acupuncture with method of regulating mentality and soothing liver on life quality of patients with depression after stroke. Methods： A total of 88 cases elderly patients with depres- sion after stroke were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 44 cases in each. Patients received antidepressant drug and acupuncture with method of regulating mentality and soothing liver in treatment group, and antidepressant drug in control group. The clinical efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results： The treatment group showed higher obvious effective rate and effective rate than the control group, and there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Patients in treatment group showed higher life quality scores than the control group in 1, 3 and 5 months, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Patients in treatment group showed higher the scores than the control group in the aspects of psychological, social, physical and daily life, after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Antidepressant drug and acupuncture with method of regulating mentality and soothing liver can provide obvious curative effect for patients with depression after stroke, and improve the quality of life on depression patients, with its security.
