需求不确定的小型乘用车备件库存控制策略

Research on Inventory Control Technology for Spare Parts of Small Passenger Vehicle Based on Uncertain Demand

该文首先介绍了目前国内对小型乘用车备件库存控制的研究现状,以及美国通用公司北美公司汽车备件物流的成功经验。在对基于供应链库存控制的主要理论进行对口分析的基础上,针对备件需求不确定的状况建立了备件库存控制模型。结合某品牌小型乘用车轮胎的库存实际情况,检验了该模型的有效性。

First of all,the paper introduces domestic research achievement on inventory control for spare parts of small passenger vehicle and successful case of General Motor Company in US.Based on the analysis of the main theory on supply chain inventory control,the spare parts inventory model was set up aimed at the situation of uncertain demand.The effectiveness of the model has been tested by the real inventory data of a brand small passenger vehicle tire.
