复杂基质中药物现代分离纯化技术的应用进展

Application of the separation technique for the purification of drugs from complex matrix

摘要 在样品分析前,对目标分析物进行适宜、高效的分离纯化是获得准确研究结果的关键。近年来样品分离纯化技术发展迅速,涌现了许多新方法。本文简要介绍部分现代分离技术(包括高速逆流色谱、中空纤维超滤、固相微萃取、微萃取技术等)的原理及优缺点,并阐述其在药物活性成分分析中的应用进展,结果表明样品分离纯化技术逐渐向省时、高效、高选择性、高通量、环境友好的方向发展。 Adopting appropriate and efficient separation and purification technique before sample analysis is critical to obtaining accurate results. Nowadays,the separation and purification technology has rapid development and many new methods have emerged. The mechanism and advantages and disadvantages of several techniques for separation and purification are introduced briefly,and the current application of these techniques to the analysis of active components from complex matrix samples is described,such as high- speed counter- current chromatography,HFUF-CF,SPME,microextraction and so on. The results show that the sample separation and purification techniques are becoming more and more time- saving,efficient,with high selectivity and high throughput.
