Research progress on hypolipidemic nutraceuticals from natural foods

摘要 天然食物中营养药物成分可有效降低体内总胆固醇、甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平并提高高密度脂蛋白含量,进而改善血脂平衡,防治心血管疾病。营养药物作为脂质代谢关键酶的抑制剂或激活剂、转录因子的受体激动剂或抑制剂、转运蛋白竞争剂和胆汁螯合剂等因子来调节体内脂质平衡。根据降血脂营养药物的功效及其作用机制,重点综述了天然食物中常见降血脂营养药物的最新研究进展,以期为降血脂研究及相关产品开发提供参考。 Hypolipidemic nutraceuticals extracted from natural foods help improve serum lipid homeostasis and prevent cardiovascular diseases as reducing total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, while elevating high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. The mechanisms of lipid homeostasis demonstrated that the hypolipidemic nutraceuticals could act as inhibitors or activators of key enzymes, agonists or inhibitors of transcription factors, transport competitors and bile acid sequestrants in modulating lipid homeostasis. According to the efficacy and mechanisms of their active ingredients, the latest findings of hypolipidemic nutraceuticals extracted from natural foods were summarrized, and it would provide a reference for the hypolipidemic research and the development of related products.
