纤维素酶辅助提取裙带菜孢子叶多糖工艺条件优化的研究 被引量:6

Optimization on cellulase-assistant extracting technological conditions of polysaccharide from sporophyll of Undaria pinnatifida

摘要 裙带菜孢子叶富含多糖等营养成分,由于质地较硬,在裙带菜加工过程中常被以废弃料的形式扔弃,造成了资源的浪费和对环境的污染。从资源再利用与环境保护的角度出发,以裙带菜孢子叶为研究对象,孢子叶多糖提取率为指标,利用响应面中的Box-Behnken设计优化了纤维素酶辅助提取裙带菜孢子叶多糖的工艺条件。研究结果表明,纤维素酶辅助提取裙带菜孢子叶多糖的最佳工艺条件为:酶加量1.3%、液料比58:1、时间3.2 h,实际得到的孢子叶多糖提取率为7.25%。此结果为提高孢子叶多糖的提取率提供了一定的借鉴,为下一步研究裙带菜孢子叶多糖的性质及功能奠定了一定的基础。 The sporophyll of seaweed Undaria pinnatifida contains polysaccharide and many kinds of nutrients. As the texture of sporophyll is quite hard, it is often discarded and results in a waste of resources and environmental pollution. For the resource recycling and environmental protection, the sporophyll of seaweed Undaria pinnatifida was studied as the object. The sporophyll polysaccharideyield was taken as the index, Box-Behnken design of response surface methodology was applied to optimize the technology of cellulase-assisted extraction of sporophyll polysaccharides. The resultsindicated the final optimal technological conditions were as follows: the amount of cellulase was 1.3%, the ratio of water and material was 58:1(v:m) and time is 3.2 h, respectively. At this condition, the sporophyll polysaccharides yield was 7.25%. This result provided certain reference for the extraction of sporophyll polysaccharide and established the foundation for the analysis of the properties of sporophyll polysaccharide in future.
