摘要
针对食品添加剂羧甲基纤维素(CMC)生产废液的SS及COD含量高、可生化性差、含有可回收利用成分的特点,采用三效蒸发+中和+UBF+BAF组合工艺处理CMC废液。三效蒸发预处理工程运行结果表明,CMC废液经三效蒸发可产生10%浓缩残渣,经离心分离产生94%混凝土减水剂和6%羟基乙酸钠,产生的冷凝液COD约2388~4000 mg/L,预处理去除率达95.74%。经UBF-BAF生化组合工艺处理后废水COD低于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中的一级标准限值(COD≤100 mg/L)。经测算,该工程年减排COD量约3.03×106 kg、固体废渣SS约4.11×105kg,并可为企业带来约546万元税前利润,经济和环境效益显著。该项目对于我国同类生产企业的CMC废液处理具有一定的工程示范作用。
According to the problems of food additive carboxy methylated cellulose(CMC) production wastewater with high content of SS, COD, poor biochemical and recycled ingredients, triple effect evaporation, neutralization, Upflow Blanket Filters and biological aerated filter were adopted for treating. The resut of triple effect evaporation was shown that the wastewater can produce 10% concentrated residue and then concentrated residue produced 94% water reducing agent for concrete and 6% sodium glycollate with centrifugal separation, and the COD of condensate was 2388~4000 mg/L, the pretreatment removal rate was 95.74%. The effluent COD of UBF-BAF can meet the first level criteria specified(COD≤100 mg/L) in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978—1996). By calculating, the emission reductions of COD, SS and pretax profit of project was 3.03×106 kg per annum, 4.11×105 kg per annum and 5.46 million per annum, respectively, with remarkable economic and environmental benefits. The project has a certain engineering demonstration for the similar enterprises of producing CMC wastewater.
