摘要 目的:利用因子分析法综合评价广东省妇幼保健机构人力资源现状,探究存在的问题并提出政策建议。方法:对样本区域妇幼保健机构进行调查,获得人力资源的相关数据,利用因子分析法进行综合评分。结果:市级机构平均得分显著高于县级机构,珠三角区域机构平均得分显著高于其他区域机构。结论:不同级别、区域间妇幼保健机构人力资源质量差距较大,与区域经济发展水平相关。因此,政府应增加对妇幼保健机构的投入力度并做好区域妇幼卫生人力资源规划。但在政府投入不可能在短期内大幅增加的条件下,各级机构应通过构建学习型机构,开展培训和继续教育来提高人力资源质量。 Objective To synthetically evaluate the status of human resources in maternal and child health institutions in Guangdong Province by factor analysis,explore the existing problems and put forward policy suggestions.Methods The sampled maternal and child health institutions were surveyed to obtain data,which was synthetically evaluated by factor analysis.Results The average scores of human resources quality in municipal institutions were significantly higher than those in county institutions.And the average scores of institutions in the Pearl River Delta region were significantly higher than those of institutions in other regions.Conclusion There had great differences of human resources quality among maternal and child health institutions in different levels or regions,which were correlated with economic development.Therefore,the government should increase investment on maternal and child health institutions and improve regional health planning.Meanwhile,learning organizations of maternal and child health institutions should be established to improve the quality of human resources by strengthening training and continuing education.
