摘要
根据煤矿对枕木或支柱的放置工艺和性能要求,设计了一种工作机构——矿用机械手,实现抓取并夹持工件-旋转-松开放置工件一系列动作;设计了机械手各关节,利用SolidWorks三维软件建立实体模型;通过详细计算和分析,最终确定机械手的抓取机构、扭转机构和摆动机构。
According to the placement technology and performance requirements of the coal pillar or sleeper, a kind of work institutions-mine manipulator is designed, which can realize grabbing, clamping, rotating, loosening and placing the work-piece,etc.; This paper design each joint of the manipulator, and it's entity model is set up with SolidWorks; Through the detailed calculation and analysis, finally determine the manipulator grasping mechanism, reverse mechanism and tilting mechanism.
