Based on the impact of adverse selection in technology market of China,from the perspective of the life cycle of technology,this article analyses the change rule of consumer surplus by comparing symmetric and asymmetric information market,then concludes what factors that affect technology absorbers’ behavioral,and proposes effective methods to reduce the negative effects of adverse selection in Chinese technology market.
