妊娠期反复静脉血栓栓塞症治疗后成功分娩1例报告 被引量：4

摘要 1病历资料 患者女，26岁，首次妊娠12周，因“气短1周，加重伴咯血、胸痛2d”于2008-03-16人院。病初表现为活动后气短，休息可好转，未诊治，2d前静息时即感气短，伴咯血，每日5～10mL，双侧胸痛，深呼吸或体位变换时加重。
