摘要
本文对近期我国奶源供求从紧缺急转为过剩的情况进行了分析,认为当前奶源过剩是阶段性和相对性的。本文提出建立紧密利益联结机制、加快奶牛养殖小区改造升级、优化消费结构、建立综合调控机制是解决奶业深层次矛盾,提高奶业整体素质的关键。
The objective of this paper is to analyze the recent raw milk from shortage to surplus of supply and demand situation in China, and the conclusion is that the current excess milk is periodic and relative. In order to solve the deep contradiction and to improve the overall quality of dairy industry, the following four approaches are the vital solutions:Building up closely benefit coupling mechanism, speeding up the upgrade of cooperative dairy farming, optimizing the consumption structure of milk products and establishing a comprehensive regulatory mechanism in dairy industry.
