规模化种猪育种与生产数字化管理体系建设及案例分析(Ⅴ):种母猪选育与监控 被引量:7

摘要 核心群种母猪是实现遗传改良进展的重要基因载体,优秀种母猪是否成功培育取决于育种措施是否真正落到实处,这也是目前困扰国内育种场核心群育种的重要难题。本文重点从育种目标、遗传参数、体型外貌选择、选择流程及后备种母猪培育、母猪群监控等方面,对核心群种母猪选择和培育进行系统分析。建议育种场根据自身育种目标制订合理的选择指数,严格执行在选择指数排序基础上兼顾体型外貌的选择原则,重视对后备种母猪初情日龄的管理和初配日龄的评估,利用数字化手段加强种母猪群监控,优化胎龄结构、严控非生产天数、提高育种主动淘汰比例,整体上提升种猪育种效率。 Breeding sows are the most important genetic materials for pig breeding improvement in nuclus herds, a stem is needed for successful selecting the best gihs, this is a serious problem in most pig breeding this paper, the selection and breeding of gilts was analyzed from the point of breeding goals, genetic parameter, conformation, selection procedure, gilts breeding and monitor. In order to improve pig breeding efficient for breeding farms, it was suggested that a rational selection index for breeding goals should be determined, the gilts should be ranked with the index and the conformation could be used for secondary selection, the puberty and first mated age of gilts should be monitor, the management of sows should be digitalization to optimization litter structure, to decrease non-productive days and increase breeding culling
