饲料用脂肪酶产生菌——黑曲霉G55高产菌株的选育 被引量:5

High-yield strains breeding for feed lipase produced by Aspergillus niger G55

摘要 本研究以饲料用脂肪酶产生菌——黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)G55为出发菌株,通过紫外线(UV)和亚硝基胍(NTG)诱变,结合自然分离纯化,选育出了遗传稳定的高产菌株uan370(s)和uan783(s),其产酶量分别为2410 U/mL和2486 U/mL,相比出发菌株G55提高32.1%和36.3%。通过斜面连续传5代,证明两菌株的遗传稳定性良好。 This study was used to industrial produce lipase strains (AspergiUus niger G55).The strain as the starting strain was multated by ultraviolet (UV) and nitrosoguanidine (NTG), combined with the natural process of separation and purification.Breeding high-yielding strains with genetically stable uan 370 (s) and uan 783 (s),lipase activity were 2410 U/mL and 2486 U/mL.Compared with the parent strain G55,the activity increased by 32.1% and 36.3%.Two strains have been proved a good genetic stability by slant culture of five generations.
