纤维桩修复残根与残冠的临床观察

摘要 目的纤维桩在残根与残冠临床修复的可靠性。方法在所选的100颗患牙经过完善的根管治疗后进行纤维桩核修复,在此基础上进行烤瓷冠或全瓷冠的全冠修复。结果经过两年的随访观察,病历无一失败,有效的恢复了患者的美观和咀嚼功能。结论纤维桩在残根残冠的修复的可行并成功的。
