摘要
目的探讨工作绩效和工作压力的水平以及两者之间的相关性。方法采用护理工作绩效量表(KNPS)和工作压力量表(NSS),对某医院284位护士进行调查。结果临床护士的工作绩效处于中等水平,工作压力处于高水平,工作绩效和工作压力呈负相关。结论护士承受的工作压力较高,对工作绩效产生负面影响。
Objective To explore the level of job performance and job stress of general clinical nurses and to discuss the relationship of them. Methods 284 nurses itt a certain hospital completed the King's Nurse Performance Scale (KNPS) , and the Nursing Stress Scale (NSS), ReSults Job performance as perceived by nurses in the certain hospital was at a moderate level while job stress was at tt high level. There was a significant negative correlation between job performance and job stress of nurses. Conclusion The level of job stress of nurses was relatively high. It could be influenced the job performance.
