摘要
面对信息化浪潮的冲击,医学信息学的发展在理论和实践上表现出失衡与泛化的问题,文章借助范式理论,从学科发展的战略高度对医学信息学学科发展的范式问题进行梳理,并从共同体、世界观、方法论、理论成果和范例等方面对医学信息学范式进行分析。
Facing the information tide impact, the development of medical informatics has shown imbalance and generalization in theory and practice. On the basis of the paradigm theory, the author sorts out the paradigm of the discipline development of medical informatics from the subject strategic development, and analyzes medical informatics paradigm from the community, world view, methodology, theoretical results and examples of medicine information science.
