摘要
针对某型号起竖液压缸在使用过程中出现浮动节流圈及固定用圆形截面钢丝挡圈脱落损坏的故障,进行理论计算及实验研究,并给出解决措施及实验结果验证,可为浮动节流圈阻尼结构优化设计提供参考。
Aiming at the shedding failure of floating throttle ring and fixed circular section steel wire retaining ring during the operation of one type multi-level erection hydraulic cylinder,the paper carries out the theoretical calculation and experimental study, and gives the settling measures for this failure. It provides the reference for floating throttle ring damping structure optimal design.
